Welcome to MAAHI COCOPEAT AND COIR PRODUCTS. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our storefront website and the purchase of our organic growing media, cocopeat substrates, and horticulture products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our storefront website or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or submit orders.

2. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display the descriptions and pricing of our organic media as accurately as possible. However:

  • All prices displayed on the storefront are indicative and exclude custom freight charges or local taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • Product specifications (such as moisture content, EC, pH, and expansion volumes) are subject to natural variation inherent to agricultural substrates.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Shipping

  • Fulfillment Options: Customers can select delivery (subject to a logistics freight quote) or self-pickup from our manufacturing unit.
  • Proforma / Invoice: Placing an order represents an offer to purchase. A binding agreement is only formed once we confirm product availability and logistics costs, and send a final proforma invoice.
  • Delivery Timelines: Target delivery dates selected during checkout are estimates. We coordinate dispatch schedules to align with freight partners but are not liable for transit delays out of our control.

4. Payments and Gateway

Payment options and procedures are handled securely:

  • We utilize Razorpay to securely process online payments.
  • By initiating payment, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and authorize our gateway to charge the total order amount.
  • Orders will only be scheduled for dispatch once full payment has been confirmed by our financial institution.

5. Cancellations and Returns

Given the weight and bulk transport logistics associated with agricultural growing media:

  • Cancellations are permitted prior to dispatch. Once products leave our warehouse, cancellations are not accepted.
  • Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturer defect or incorrect item dispatch. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of shipment receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability

MAAHI COCOPEAT AND COIR PRODUCTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our substrates, including crop loss, incorrect dosage application, or transport delay damages. Our total liability is capped at the invoice amount paid for the specific order.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
